My daughter and I are slightly obsessed with Sweden, Norway and Denmark! One year Maddie made St Lucia buns for her entire class. She did a report on Sweden and spoke in front of her class. A huge deal since she has Selective Mutism. Since then we have celebrated this special day. I am off to find her American Girl doll Kirsten and dress her in her St Lucia outfit. Enjoy the day!
